Will be the support role (direct report) to Head of FP&A and coorporate closely to Chief Accountant & Accounting team to perform key areas of responsibility as:
Maintaining sufficient cash reserves and optimizing returns on investments
Involves managing financial instruments such as bonds, forex, currencies, and derivatives
Focuses on managing a company&039;s cash and liquidity
Capital management, asset safeguarding, legal compliance.
Involves managing cash flows, borrowing and lending, risk management
Treasury & Banking
Cashflow approval & working capital management
Lead weekly AR meetings and finalize weekly AR collection plan.
Arrange with Banks and finalize settlement/disbursement plan
Review Cashflow forecast reports and propose weekly plan of AR collection, AP payment and Bank settlements/disbursements plan.
Negotiate with Procurement team and finalize weekly AP payment plan
Recommend and control Inventory levels of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods
Bank liaison and structuring of debts
Submit quarterly reports to Banks and clarify any variance to covenants.
Negotiate on the terms of credit limit with Banks and monitor the implementation of the covenants.
Support the fund- raising initiatives, procedures and investor relationship.
Implement capital structure planning for a group of companies (shareholders, internal/external funding, bank arrangements and tax strategies)
Prepare investment teasers, valuation modeling and presentation.
Analyse financial scenarios.
Investment:
Lead the post- investment M&A integrations
Lead the pre- investment M&A procedures (pitching, due diligence, negotation, execution, …)
Compliance and risk management:
Managing a wide range of financial risks, including credit risk, liquidity risk, and market risk, which can be difficult to mitigate or manage effectively
Implement any change of business licenses onto online platform
People & System Management
Design and review financial and capital structure as well as balance sheet health- check.
Supervise, coach and develop team members to ensure effectiveness and accountability of treasury team.
