Key Accountabilities:
Cash Management & Forecasting
Prepare & present regular reports on cash flow, liquidity, & treasury activities & other reports as requested.
Ensure timely execution of cash transaction and reconciliations.
Oversee daily cash flow management to ensure sufficient funds for operational needs.
Optimize cash flow by implementing efficient working capital management practices.
Monitor bank account structures to ensure optimal liquidity across all company accounts.
Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to anticipate future funding needs.
Banking and Financial Institution Relations
Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including lenders and investment partners.
Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to negotiate terms and conditions for lines of credit, loans, and other banking services to optimize banking arrangements.
Monitor bank account structures and ensure optimal liquidity across all company accounts.
Debt Management & Cash Collection
Ensure compliance with covenants and other financial agreements related to financing.
Manage short- term and long- term debt, ensuring timely issuance and repayment.
Oversee cash collection processes to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding receivables.
Treasury Operations
Manage treasury management systems (TMS) and ensure that treasury processes are automated and optimized.
Lead all treasury- related operations, ensuring compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
Stay informed of industry trends and regulatory changes impacting treasury operations.
Develop and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of treasury activities, including cash positions, and borrowing costs.
Manage the company’s portfolio of financial assets and ensure compliance with investment guidelines.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to treasury activities.
Collaborate with accounting, tax, and legal teams to ensure proper documentation and compliance for all treasury transactions.
Prepare periodic financial reports, including liquidity analyses, treasury dashboards, and debt summaries, for senior management.
