KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.
Supervises cooking and other kitchen personnel and co- ordinates their assignments to ensure economical and timely food production.
Provides exceptional services to guests and internal customers in other department at all time to maintain positive interactions with good working relationships.
Handles guest and associate enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Responsible together with Senior Sous Chef for the consistent preparation of the highest quality, presentation and flavor for the dining rooms, banquets and other food facilities, resulting in outstanding guest satisfaction.
Establishes and enforces nutrition and sanitation standards for outlet kitchen.
Observes methods of food preparation and cooking, sizes of portions, and tests cooked foods before plate- up and service.
Yêu cầu công việc
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings.
Good knowledge of different types of cuisine such as western and Asian.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in five star hotel or related.
Positive attitude and Good communication skills
Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills.
