Warehouse SP management.
Have sufficient knowledge and market intelligence of warehousing service and potential SP. Handle new warehouse/SP procurement as per OLL Global process.
Handle customers’ request related to WHS operation and customs process.
Conduct WHS KPI monthly meeting, annual performance, evaluation with scorecard as per OLL process; drive WHS SP for continuous improvement.
Ensure the C- TPAT compliance in warehouse: half year C- TPAT audit in warehouse and report in OLL team site, work with WHS for CAP and follow- up.
Manage Warehouse sub- contractor performance, ensure warehouse subcontractor strictly follows OLL’s warehouse process and customer SOP.
Manage warehouse SP&039;s contract, negotiate the cost with SP.
Handle CFS tour when customers visit.
Ensure WHS is qualified and capable for OLL (safety, security, cleanliness, ....), escalate issue timely with proposed solution.
Project management.
Implement new account/SOP
Implement new processes and systems in the warehouse. Innovate the existing process (warehouse process, CSV process…) for better performance.
Design solution upon customers&039; or company&039;s request.
Support other regions on an ad- hoc basis
Handle assigned project including tender/bidding, new warehouse/SP procurement, warehouse re- location
Team management.
Manage warehouse coordinator team to manage CFS facility daily operation. Ensure team comply with customers’ SOP, company process, fulfill KPI and deadlines
Set smart goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Handle annual performance appraisal and record perform score and smart goal in system HCMS at year end.
Participate in hiring process: interview candidate and build up the short list for HOD&039;s final interview
Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team; deliver training industry knowledge, systems enhancement, soft skills to staff as per master training plan of company. Manage team to fulfill the company training plan and personal train plan (CPD)
Identify the talents in team, build up the talent development plan and promotion in team
Monitor employee productivity and quality including data quality, timeline, external (customers, SP) and internal (CSV) feedback.
