*JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Management of the system, and devices of IT:
+ IT system: monitor, maintain stability, and improve the system to improve productivity and efficiency (MS Office 365, Power Platform, ERP system, Windows Server....)
+ IT assets: monitor and improve related operations(allocation, recall, repair, upgrade, inventory, liquidation, procurement) to optimize the value of IT assets
+ Supporting IT Deputy with plans, and budgets for internal IT systems: Renewing, upgrading, repairing, liquidating, inventorying, and purchasing internal IT systems and equipment.
- Management of the information securities:
+ Monitoring IT Helpdesk members with information security at ADV according to the corporation standards.
+ Preparing periodic guidance documents on security activities for all employees in ADV.
+ Giving out the proposals for the Head of IT and implementing security improvements, and cost reduction.
+ Deploying and periodically reporting activities to enhance security for IT systems according to the management level and ADJ requirements.
- Other operations:
+ Research new technologies for management to deploy and apply for all employees to use effectively to improve work performance.
+ Implement Kaizen improvement activities to increase work efficiency, improve quality, and save costs...
+ Support IT Supervisor in planning for takeover, operation, and system management after the project according to project managers&039; and affiliated managers&039; assignments and direction.
+ Perform other tasks as requested by affiliated management.
+ Guide employees in the IT team members.

*YOU ARE FIT:
- Ability to work to a strict deadline and solve system problems.
- Leadership with ability to drive, coach and develop a team.
- Deep knowledge about IT Hardware (User, LAN, C, system,..)
- At least 3 working years in IT Hardware/Helpdesk (Experienced at managerial level is preferred).
- Good at English/Japanese communication is a plus.
- Graduated from University/College in Information Technology, Computer Science.
