Trợ Lý Kế Hoạch (Planning Assistant )

- Manage the Rolling Forecast for Raw Materials until detail call-off plan as well as follow up the ETA.
- Manage the Rolling Forecast for all kinds of Chemical Materials until detail call-off plan as well as follow up the ETA.
- Work with multi-functionalities at different locations included Suppliers.
- To tell more detail further in interview.
- Deal with complexity & constraints of materials’ storage condition followed Technology Standard requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Stakeholder management skills (externally with suppliers)
- Project management and team member in supply chain planning projects
- Capable of using advanced planning tools.
- Valued Supply Planning tools experience (different from Excel)
- Able to work in autonomy and when needed cross functionally , good team player
- Vietnamese + English both oral and written
- Good analytical skills and attention to details
- Be able to convincingly present facts and figures
- University degree
- Knowledge of the commercial and supply chain processes
- 3-5 years relevant experience. Preferably in one or more of following areas: Supply Chain Planning or Scheduling (both Brewing and Packaging)
- Good communication and influencing skills (internally within Heineken)
- Knowledge of supply planning
