Control and monitor Project Capex Budget:- Participate in project budget planning, prepare and coordinate the new plant budget (ARA) with Project management team; Perform revisions or simulations if needed- Create and maintain WBS- Coordinate and prepare monthly actual Capex report and variance analysis vs. forecast; Cash flow report, Downpayment report, ...- Settle WBS to AUC- Support F&C lead in coordinating with Start up team to plan the commissioning cost, intiative operational cost in the first 3 years when hand- over to operation.- Ensure completion of project CAPEX capitalization in SAP- EAC estimations of projectAssist engineer to classify fixed asset & validate and ensure depreciation rate are align NASAssist F&C lead to ensure all project procedures are effective and internal control are in placeOthers:- Ensure booking T&E to right Cost Center/WBS- Check expense and confirm the cost of Icoform charged from other markets for training, travelling- Check expense allocated from HO (Laptop, Globe cost, Personnel...)- Foreign Contractor Tax (FCT)- Filling documents- Support project admin in peak time

• Formal financial qualification of appropriate level ( degree or similar)• 2 years experience in F&C, costing preferable• Good Command of English• Fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry experience• Experience in fix assets reggistration and management is the must• experiences in Project F&C control is plus• Good Communicator, both in speaking and writing• Good interpersonal skills, both within Project team, but also with other functional teams• Good organizational and planning skills.
