Responsibilities:

Handle client information and provide real- time follow- up on immigration cases.
Develop a deep understanding of client needs, enhance client satisfaction, and generate new leads through client referrals and resource expansion.
Master various company business knowledge to offer professional immigration consulting services, guiding clients through the preparation of necessary documentation.
Participate in company seminars, market activities, and identify potential clients.
Create and manage comprehensive client profiles while delivering outstanding customer service.
Build and maintain client relationships, conduct high- level phone or face- to- face consultations, and provide detailed answers to client inquiries about company services, leading to contract signing.
Proactively complete other tasks as assigned by the company and management.
