THE POSITION:
Support to run & manage Company communication channels:
Corporate with Talent Acquisition and others to upload company activities/ recruitment advertisements on Company social media/intranets... to enhance recruitment efficiency.
Take charge of interprete/ translation related documents and in company- wide events
In charge a part of operating Company websites, intranet, social media, newsletters...
Directly compose articles, messages to broaden information about activities in Company to staffs, customer
Support to organize Company- wide events, enhance corporate culture
Take charge of corporate culture enhancement: design activities, documentation to build up & strengthen corporate culture
Manage employee reward program (employee of the month and employee of the year etc .. )
Cooperate with ES team in Company- wide events: Summer trip, Year- end party, Challoween, Christmas..to increase employees&039; engagement
To be in charge ESG and media relations
Conduct internal ESG activities, charity activities
Take charge of public relations, medias
Monitor and responsible for applying for ESG award.
Support HR Manager in implementing ESG projects inside or with external partner.
And other tasks as assigned by Human Resource Manager
