Truck Coordinator - Điều phối vận tải

Working with vendors to arrange the trucks
Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures
Reporting to higher level as regular basis
Resolve related issues arisen
Work closely with internal operations to meet customer’s requirements
Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
All other ad- hoc work instructions from Line Manager
Handle all customer’s enquiries timely and effectively
Joining full training lessons which are organized or nominated by managers
Coordinate with warehouse, customer service, and billing departments to optimize operation efficiency
Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager
Receiving the truck booking from customers, commercial team, OPS team
Control buying rate and selling rate in the report

Knowledge: have a knowledge in Logistics Field, Import & export,
At least 1–2 years of experience in truck coordinator or logistics operation.
Have experience working with domestic transportation vendor (FCL, LTL)
Bachelor&039;s degree: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
Domestic transportation, Multi modal transportation (FCL, TLT, Consolidate Cargo, Distribution, truck types)
Container truck coordinator is preferred
