Sale Manager position requires following tasks:

Host quality assessments
Collaborate with operations department and drivers to support with sales strategies
Create monthly sales planning (and profit) and oversee implementation
Collaborate with marketing department to develop collaterals
Collaborate with product development department to improve current products and develop new ones. Propose related pricing, commission … schemes.
Submit monthly sales reports
Responsible for partnerships with DMCs, OTAs, and local- and international partners
Set KPIs for sales department.
Implement expansion of network of local partners
Seeding in tourist groups (actively searching for active enquiries)
Assist with daily sales enquiries, online and in- person. Make sure inquiries from vendors and travelers are handled properly.
Responsible for handling customer feedback
Provide written translations upon request
Attend meetings with DMCs, partners,... Attending related conferences and networking events
Create and manage sales budgeting

Skills requirement:

Highly organised. Ability to manage time and organize work effectively.
Experience in Sales (online and in person), background in tourism
Proactive and outgoing personality; Representable
Fluency in English and experience with translations
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
Good MS Office skills
