 Manage training and development of the staff according to the procedures
 Monitor all receptionists to implement regulation to ensure gook looking and working manner
 Ensure all staff to understant resort products, services, and promotion program
 Make sure that all Front Office Department follow up resort standard and procedures to ensure optimum occupancy and average room rate for the purpose of maximising revenue
 Follow standards to ensure furnishings facilities and equipment are clean, in good repair and well maintained
 Deal with all customers’ complaints
 Ensure the strict management of key keeping

 Enthusiastic, hard working, dedicated to the profession
 Proficient in using computers, word, excel
 Proven experience of working as a Front Office Manager
 Have organisational skills and planning skills
 Have ability to communicate and present
 Good English communication
