REPORTS TO : Chief Engineer
DEPARTMENT : Maintenance
JOB TITLE : MAINTENACE SHIFT LEADER
A/C System :
Trouble shooting of system
Repair and replace the electrical devices of system
Solving the problems of Technician
Electrical System :
Trouble shooting of system
Repair and replace the electrical devices of system
Solving the problems of Technicians
Plumbing & sanitary system :
Repair and replace the pumps
Assisting Technician to rectify the system
Trouble shooting of water system
Fire Prevention system :
Trouble shooting the defects of system
- Sprinkler system
- Hydrant and hosereel system
- Smoke deflector system
Manually operate fire pump
Operating fire lift
LIFTS system :
Leveling the lift when it miss floor stop
Repair the common defect
Trouble shooting of the system
PABX system :
Inform to contractor for special defects
Cooperate with the maintenance and services contractor
Trouble shooting of the system
GENERATOR :
Check the status of generator hourly when they are operating
Record fuel pressure, oil pressure, power factor, voltage, and wattage. etc.
Manually operated the generator
Follow up the synchronization system
Trouble shooting the system
MATV :
Reset the channel at decoder or receiver
Trouble shooting the MATV system
Repair and replace the defects equipment
OTHERS:
Support for all Kitchen equipment (common defects)
Represent the Chief Engineer at after hours.
Supervise the contractor when they perform the maintenance services
Support for all restaurant equipment (common defects)

Language skills according to the hotel needs
