Phát triển nông hộ/ Farmer development:
Đối với nông hộ hiện hữu/ For existing farmers:
+ Quản lý lịch viếng thăm định kỳ/ Manage regular visit schedules,
+ Tổ chức các buổi hướng dẫn và đào tạo định kỳ ( hoặc khác) nhằm mục đích hướng dẫn nông hộp đáp ứng tiêu chuẩn phát triển vùng nguyên liệu/ Organize regular (or other) training and guidance sessions to guide farmers to meet raw material area development standards.
+ Đề xuất các cải tiến vận hành, và chính sách nhằm mục đích nâng cấp nông hộ/ Propose operational improvements, and policies to upgrade farmers.
Đối với nông hộ mới/ For new farmers:
+ Phát triển nông hộ mới thông qua tất cả các kênh: mối quan hệ, địa phương giới thiệu, Web,…/ Develop new farmers through all channels: relationships, local referrals, Web,…
+Tổ chức hướng dẫn và đào tạo và tạo điều kiện thuận để nông dân tiếp cận với tiêu chuẩn và chính sách phát triển vùng nguyên liệu./ Organize guidance and training and facilitate farmers to access raw material development standards and policies.
Đàm phán và thương lượng thu mua nguyên liệu/ Negotiate and negotiate raw material purchasing:
Thông báo và giải thích các chính sách/ tiêu chuẩn phát triển vùng nguyên liệu/ Inform and explain policies/standards for developing raw material areas.
Thực hiện đàm phán & thương lượng và giải quyết các công việc với nông hộ liên quan đến việc phát triển vùng nguyên liệu/ Conduct negotiations & negotiate and resolve work with farmers related to developing raw material areas.
Quản lý Logistics/ Logistics Management:
Quản lý chi phí trung chuyển/ vận chuyển (nếu có) / Manage transit/transportation costs (if any)
Quản lý lịch giao nhận nguyên liệu, phương tiện vận chuyển, phù hợp với nhu cầu sản xuất của nhà máy và nhà cung cấp./ Manage the delivery schedule of raw materials and means of transport, in accordance with the production needs of the factory and suppliers.
Quản lý tiến độ giao nhận theo ngày/ tuần/ tháng/năm theo từng công đoạn./ Manage the delivery progress by day/week/month/year for each stage.
Quản lý hợp đồng/ Contract management:
