Address academic- related concerns from teachers or students in a professional and timely manner.
Work closely with the sales team in relation to the recruitment of students for center classes.
Assess students’ profiles and Placement Test results to determine whether they can realistically achieve the guaranteed IELTS outcome based on the number of registered hours.
Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback to ensure teaching quality and alignment with academic standards.
Coordinate with teachers on curriculum implementation, lesson planning, and material usage.
Review and ensure consistency and accuracy in instructional materials used for center- based classes.
Prepare and maintain teacher evaluation reports, class performance summaries, and progress documentation.
Approve or disapprove class requests proposed by the sales team to ensure alignment with academic feasibility and center policy.
Facilitate teacher consultations and development sessions to improve instructional effectiveness.
Ensure that students enrolled in the guaranteed program comply with all conditions stated in the agreement; otherwise, the guaranteed outcome shall be considered forfeited.
Collaborate with the Head Teacher and Team Leaders to maintain uniform teaching quality across programs.
Supervise and support teachers delivering IELTS and Cambridge English classes, including private and small group instruction.
Monitor student performance, progress, and feedback to guide academic decisions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the center’s academic operations and student satisfaction.
Yêu cầu ứng viên:
Degree, Certificate:
C1 level or its equivalent of English proficiency will be preferred
CELTA, DELTA, TESOL, or TEFL certification preferred for non- education graduates.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
Knowledge and experience:
Proven experience teaching private and small group classes with differentiated instruction strategies.
Prior experience in academic coordination, supervision, or lead teaching roles.
Minimum of 4 years of hands- on teaching experience in IELTS and Cambridge English programs (KET, PET, FCE, CAE).
Skills and competencies:
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
Proven ability to mentor, evaluate, and guide teachers effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and academic documentation tools.
Strong analytical skills, logically thinking and reasonable.
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of IELTS and Cambridge teaching standards and curriculum frameworks.

Salary: UPTO 25M
