● Verify and review software and business requirements.
● Continually improve the testing infrastructure, tools, and processes.
● Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.
● Lead the planning and execution of testing.
● Act as the primary point of contact for all quality aspects of releases.
● Communicate and Track any quality risks, gaps or issues.
● Work on building a Quality driven engineering culture that helps ship products rapidly and with good confidence.
● Have responsibilities in the process of traceability of requirements through functional tests and defect lists.
● Work with engineers and project leaders to triage and prioritize issues for resolution.
● Establish, document, and enhance QA processes; train team members on those processes.
● Manage all the testing activities within an organization by overseeing all aspects, from planning to execution. This includes leading training sessions, conducting audits on existing processes, and creating new ones based on feedback from audits or other sources of information regarding best practices.
● Develop, maintain, and operate test plans.

● Experience in defect tracking tools
● Experience developing test deliverables like test plans, test cases, test data, traceability matrix.
● Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
● Experience web testing and the client server based applications.
● Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke, scenario), including test approach and case review.
● Experience with the lead role.
● Experience in using CI/CD for running tests
● Experience in testing, automation, performance and load and security testing.
