Manage the sales team to achieve growth and sales targets

Develop plans and strategies to support the company&039;s development goals and business results

Support and monitor the implementation of the sales plan, report on business results, revenue and costs, and provide forecasts to management

Develop and grow the customer base

Identify and cultivate relationships with customers and partners in the environmental sector (consulting, waste collection and treatment)

Provide customer care and build mechanisms to increase potential customers and maintain revenue

Optimize the sales process from planning to closing deals

Responsible for recruiting, setting targets, training and monitoring the performance of the sales team

Identify potential markets and monitor market changes, as well as competitors and new products

Experience in sales at a manufacturing company and network with manufacturing companies in industrial parks

Customer network across all provinces in Vietnam

Language: Proficient in English communication and one of three language: Japanese/ Chinese/ Korean

Minimum 3 year Sales experience in environmental sector, waste collection and treatment or manufacturing related industries.

Degree in Business Administration, Environment, Marketing, etc.
