Pre- production preparation
Meeting: organizing and conducting regular meetings with the stakeholders involved in the production process, such as managers, engineers, technicians, suppliers, and customers, to communicate and coordinate the progress and issues of the preproduction preparation.
Conduct a product risk assessment to identify and mitigate any potential hazards or issues that may arise during the manufacturing, distribution, delivery of the product. The product risk assessment should cover aspects such as safety, quality, reliability, environmental impact, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
Manpower: Checking the allocating of employees who will be involved in the production process
Technical set: Coordinating with the Technical team for the technical specifications and parameters that will guide the production process, such as dimensions, tolerances, standards, and procedures.
Checklist: creating and updating a checklist that summarizes the tasks and deliverables of the preproduction preparation, as well as their status and deadlines.
Materials readiness: Following up with Merchandise team for the materials, accessories that will be used for the production process
Handover: transferring the responsibility and authority of the preproduction preparation to the production team, as well as providing them with all the necessary information and documentation.
Machines: Coordinating with Mechanic team and Innovation team to tracking the machine readiness and the equipment and tools that will be used for the production process, as well as ensuring their availability and functionality
Product engineering
Ensure product standardization : Following the best practices and guidelines such as coding standards, testing frameworks, documentation methods and security protocols to improve the quality and consistency of the product
Foster product innovation: exploring new ideas and technologies that can enhance the value proposition and differentiation of the product to increase the customer satisfaction and marketability of the product.
Manage the product critical operations: monitoring and maintaining the performance, availability and completeness of the product in production to ensure the output meets customer expectations in terms of quality and delivery time
Process management
Connect departments from Development to Bulk through projects related to product & process including process standardization and improvement
Project management
Design and create tools per weekly schedule
Coordinate with other departmens such as Technica, Mechanic, Product to suport FOM project
Apply 3D printing according to the progress covered for bulk production
People management
Identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop and retain staff to ensure sufficient and qualified resources to deliver production plan
Provide tools, information, training & necessary support to staff to complete their jobs
Manage interpersonal conflicts, promote collaboration and respect. Reinforce & model company culture and values
Coodinate with relatded departments to implement company disciplines and regulations
Manage staff performance and provide frequent constructive feedback for staff development
