- Managing mold repairing and PM for both company’s tooling departments.

- Optimize the mold performance to support high quality product and maximize the output by implementing the tooling management system.

- Manage the repairing schedule base on guide line from production planning department.

- Lead and support mold repairing team to analize the root course on the mold problem. and practice preventive action to permanently eliminate the problem.

- Prepare schedule PM mold ( Preventive Maintainance mold )base on the tools mate system and to ensure target to be achieved as planed.

- Review new mold trial with project team and support idea for improvement on cycle time and quality product.

- Managing the analysis and data collection on mold improvement, to share the idea of improvement with Product Engineering Department ( PE ) and propose ECN ( Engineering Change Note) to customer.

- Implementing annualy internal training schedlule to modivate and up grade the skill, 5 S’ concept and safety work for all tooling members.

- Continue improvemement on the mold condition to support production to get higher quality product and operator job efficiency.

- Ensure ISO system , procedure and tooling management system are fully practise in tooling department.

- Min 2 years in mold repairing on plastic injection mold
