- Develop and implement quality report systems
- Develop and implement quality digitalization (quality data, KPI’s and dashboard)
- Cooperate with Sample; Sales & Customer Service department to solve the demands of customer for quality, sometimes to visit customers to solve technical, quality issues.
- Implement effective E2E internal quality system
- Control the improvement of internal process / SOP
- Implement quality audit systems as standards
- The other tasks assigned by Factory Manager or General Manager.
- Manage quality performance to fulfill beyond expectations
- Promote quality culture and continuous improvement mindset within quality team and organization
- Lead quality team to achieve higher ambitions
- Develop people capabilities to align with customer needs and company’s strategy

Yêu cầu công việc

- Foreign language: Good in English
- Experience: At least 3 years experienced in Quality control same positions as Supervisor & Manager level for Garment & Textile / Labels company.
- Education: Bachelor of chemistry, quality, garment & textile, industry engineering majors.

- Organization and making plan skills
- Performance management & subordinates development ability
- Ccommunication & presentation skills
- Good knowledge in ISO 9001; 17025; Oeko - Tex standard
- Leadership & management skills
- Ability to set up the management system
