- Preside, organize and coordinate bidding activities, selecting subcontractors and material suppliers
- Develop criteria, evaluate contractor capacity and bidding documents;
- Develop and manage the Company&039;s business plan
- Building a network of domestic and foreign customers;
- Guide and manage subordinates on quantity take- off, application of norms and unit prices for bidding packages before preparing bidding documents;
- Advise the Company&039;s Board of Directors on issues related to business plans, bidding and contract management;
- Prepare and negotiate applicable contract contents appropriate to the nature and scale of each bidding package;
- Manage personnel in the sales and bidding department, organize the implementation of tasks according to Company regulations.
- Responsible for coordinating and contacting other departments of the Company and the Company&039;s partners to carry out work;
- Build and manage lists of contractors, suppliers and related partners;
- Implement quotations, project bidding, negotiate, sign contracts and control product output quality standards.
- Monitor and manage progress according to the Contract, ensuring all activities take place according to plan.

- Proficient English communication and writing skills;
- Graduated from University or higher majoring in Construction, Architecture, Construction Economics.
- Highly adaptable, able to withstand great work pressure;
- Ability to quickly resolve and handle conflicts at work;
- Experience in planning and bidding for construction and equipment supply contracts;
- Honest, dynamic, responsible for work;
- Skills to work independently and manage time and work progress;
- A punctual working attitude, high initiative and commitment to successful job performance;

- Salary: negotiable according to ability.
