Build the Sales Team:
Design the sales team&039;s playbook and structure.
Monitor and evaluate team performance.
Lead the recruitment process and provide training to junior team members.
Drive the Sales: Identify high potential leads, nurture them and drive the sales process to close deals and meet targets.
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Provide students&039; insights to the Marketing and Product teams to refine strategies.
Report weekly performance metrics to the CEO.

Exhibit exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
Background in an established educational consultancy company is a plus.
Possess a “can- do” attitude, overcome challenges with resilience.
Past leadership experience or exposure to the process of building a team (e.g. designing systems, managing people).
Good at dealing with uncertainty/ ambiguity and deriving clear directions.
Vietnamese with 3- 4 years of proven success in B2C sales, with a preference for education, insurance, hospitality, customer service, or related industries.
Smart, thrives in fast- paced environments, self- motivated, career- focused, and capable of smart decision- making.
Degree from a university abroad is a plus.
