The types of customers you will frequently liaise with include wholesale distributors, export partners, on- trade (bars, restaurants, hotels) and MT & GT (retail stores, supermarkets CVS, online). Develop a sales plan that is appropriate to the actual conditions of the market. The sales plan should include targets for sales, market share, profits, sales strategies, budgets ETC.
You&039;re a dynamic sales leader with a proven track record in the alcohol or F&B industry, combining strategic thinking with hands- on market expertise. Your ability to build and nurture key relationships, from wholesalers to team members, is second to none. You excel at developing and executing long- term sales strategies, identifying market opportunities, and collaborating cross- functionally to drive innovation and growth. You possess a data- driven approach to decision- making and a talent for training and motivating high- performing teams that sets you apart. You&039;re equally comfortable presenting to leadership as you are working in the field, and your passion for the F&B or alcoholic beverage industry fuels your drive to achieve and exceed sales and pricing goals.
Build out comprehensive sales bonus goals for the sales team.
Work the trade in key markets to identify strengths and biggest areas of opportunity.
Produce compelling and creative presentations to help educate our partners on our brands, marketing initiatives, new items, training, product knowledge ETC.
Coordinate with the trade marketing department to develop promotions, brand awareness, events, budgets and POSM management.
Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and challenges, and then propose solutions to improve sales performance.
Build go- to- market strategies and initiatives to drive the company&039;s long- term goals.
Train and develop the team to high- performing distributors and people managers.
Work with management and brewery on developing the demand plan, inventory tracking, keg & sales management, active keg depletions.
Build influential relationships with key wholesaler partners, ontrade accounts, export partners ETC.
