Mô tả công việc

Developing strategy & planning

Developing weekly, monthly, quarterly business plans.
Leading comprehensive business strategy and market development in the assigned area.
Preparing and executing deployment plans based on budget plans and market analysis.
Building a performance monitoring system and KPIs for the sales team.

Market approach

Leading GTM activities and adjusting the roadmap to meet customer needs and enhance effectiveness.
Ensuring integration with sales channels on the integrated GTM model and driving GTM execution.
Developing a suitable Go- To- Market (GTM) roadmap for sales growth initiatives.

Sales & Execution

Ensuring the successful implementation of business plans and KPIs (coverage scope, access rates, success call rates...).
Evaluating weekly and monthly performance with potential customers.
Ensuring sales staff and potential customers are equipped with adequate resources and knowledge.
Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly business effectiveness.
Leading and encouraging staff to improve customer service.
Responsible for business results in the assigned area.

Customer Management

Nurturing long- term relationships with customers to increase customer loyalty.
Building strategies and plans to attract market share, purchase frequency, and order value.
Working with customers to better understand their needs and goals.

Market Information

Prepare and present quarterly business assessments, updates, and challenges.
Collect and verify business information weekly in accordance with the proposed action plan if applicable.
Analyze data and provide in- depth information on the market, simultaneously guiding data analysis.
Gather feedback on strategies, timing, and changes from team members.

Training/Development

Conduct training and development sessions for department members at designated locations.
Analyze and evaluate the lacking skills of department employees and collaborate with training managers to develop a training plan for the department.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
Proactive, humble, with a constructive and high integrity mindset.
Proficiency in office computing skills. Knowledge of CRM is an advantage.
At least 5 years of experience in a Business Management position within the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry. Preference for experience in international clinics or hospitals.
Leadership skills, ability to inspire and lead teams to achieve high performance.
Understanding of the healthcare, health care management, and value chain distribution.
Dynamic, capable of handling high work pressure.
Master&039;s/Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related fields.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Strategic thinking, business acumen, proficient in data analysis to provide directions and action plans.
Experience in building systems from scratch is an advantage.

Salary: 25- 35 mil + bonus
