Trưởng Phòng Kinh Doanh (Sales Manager)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Consult with clients the company immigration services and products.
- In charge of leading sales team, training and building up the team to work effectively;
- Build and maintain VIP client relationships through different activities (cold calling, networking events, agents/referrers, personal relationships, etc.).
- In charge of developing partnership with other banks to maximize networks and database
- Deliver sales experience by proactive seeking clients, sharing markets updates, trend and intelligence
- Responsible for the sales strategy to achieve company’s objectives; responsible for managing the Hanoi branch of JA & Partners.

REQUIREMENTS:

- A mindset of sales oriented, open minded and commitment;
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies;
- Good command of English
- Good track sales records;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- A minimum of 3 years’ relationship management experience in immigration or retail banking industry in priority segment;
