Make marketing plans for the company&039;s products according to each campaign and sales program by month, quarter, and year.
Report on Content, Communication & Design activities to the Board of Directors according to regulations.
Optimize advertising campaigns: Analyze and evaluate online and offline advertising campaigns. Control the progress and quality of implementation of MKT programs. Ensure MKT programs meet requirements as approved plans
Build and deploy activities and work processes for the Marketing Team to achieve optimal work efficiency.
Train new employees & be responsible for managing the company&039;s marketing team.
Continuously update new design and media marketing content trends.
Managing Social channels: Responsible for building and managing the brand (identity, positioning, image, personality, communication activities, brand assets...). Offer optimal solutions to increase customer interaction and increase sales.
Research, analyze, and evaluate the market, competitors, and potential customers to come up with appropriate marketing solutions

Ability to check, follow teamwork, ability to plan, work in detail and meticulously. Resistant to high pressure at work.
Creative, enthusiastic and able to communicate information and solve problems.
Have experience working in the field of tourism marketing and customer service.
Have experience and knowledge of reading and understanding business indicators.
In- depth knowledge of online and offline advertising channels
Project management skills and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze data and come up with improvement options.
Have knowledge of Digital Marketing, SEO, Web Management, content, methodical design and grasp the latest trends in Marketing
Have 3 years of experience managing a team leading a team of 5- 10 people.

Salary: 18,000,000- 25,000,000 VND
Working hours are from Monday to Saturday morning
12 days of annual leave entitlement
