Role

Maintain and develop new business to contributes directly to the ongoing development of the company
Exceeding team and individual business targets
Account Manager is expected to consistently provide excellent services to accounts and be able to manage projects that exceed client’s needs and requirements.
Report directly to Managing Director and BODResponsibilities

Business Development

Maintain good relationships with existing customers to capture demand, creating opportunities for long-term cooperation.
Continuously enriching potential customer source to be proactive in controlling targeted revenue and keep the business growing up.
Directly responsible for the department&039;s business results and objectives.
Based on the company&039;s annual business strategy and objectives, developing business plans to drive the Account Department to achieve the goals and business strategies set out.

* Client management

Plan to reach out and connect to potential customers; build up specific strategies to gain and maintain the current customers
Understand clients&039; business and work with related teams to generate new ideas for proposals that meet client’s needs and expectations.
Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
Responsible for day to day dealings with clients.
Develop and present concept & plan at client pitch to win new customers and keep existing ones

* Project management

Work closely with operation, creative, design and related units to deliver client requirements on time.
Pro-actively advise clients on the best solutions for successful project management and implementation.
Take responsibility for the overall project management from start to finish to ensure the business result and project benefit
Ensure that all processes and procedures are completed, quality standards are met, and that projects are profitable

* Team management

Keep Management Team updated with Competitors activities
Recruit, guide, coach and manage team members assigned to ensure that they serve clients professionally and speedily
Allocate works to maximize the potentials of all members. Coach & supervise the team to ensure quality end-results.
Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team. Sharpen company culture together with management team
Leading a team/group to run projects.
Report to Managing Director on a weekly basis

Yêu cầu công việc

Job Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
Excellent trouble-shooting and solution-finding skills in terms of Staff and projects
At least 3 years’ experience in similar position in event agency
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, especially Power Point) and Internet tools
Be an oriented strong and positive leader
Ability to conceptualize from customers’ brief, do creative proposals and make smooth presentations confidently for every specific event/marketing campaign
Aesthetic, adaptable, tenacious, systematic, innovative and insightful - Excellent in verbal and written communications in both English and Vietnamese
BA degree in Marketing, Foreign Language, Business Administration, Communications
Good and aggressive client service skills to develop business with new clients and current accounts
Excellent organizational and time management skills
