Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Specialist to join our team and drive the expansion of our marketing options add- ons for our ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success in selling marketing solutions within the context of ecommerce. Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Understand their unique needs and tailor solutions to match their marketing goals. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
• Sales and Business Development: Drive the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on selling our marketing options add- ons to ecommerce businesses. Develop a robust sales pipeline, identify potential clients, and conduct effective sales presentations to showcase the value of our marketing solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to relay client feedback, gather insights, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our marketing add- ons. Collaborate on creating sales collateral, presentations, and other materials to facilitate the sales process.
• Product Expertise: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our ecommerce platform and the range of marketing options available as add- ons. Articulate the features, benefits, and use cases of these marketing solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how they can enhance their marketing efforts and drive business growth.
• Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in both the ecommerce and marketing agency sectors. Utilize this knowledge to position our marketing solutions effectively and adapt our offerings as needed.
Qualifications:
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs. Willingness to iterate on sales strategies and approaches based on feedback and results.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal. Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and persuasive manner.
• Tech- Savviness: Comfortable using technology and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and communicate effectively.
• Sales Experience: Proven success in a sales role with a focus on selling marketing solutions. Experience in B2B sales within the ecommerce industry is strongly preferred.
• Ecommerce Knowledge: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, online sales processes, and digital marketing strategies. Understanding the challenges and opportunities that ecommerce businesses face will greatly contribute to your success in this role.
• English: reading, writing.
• Self- Motivated: Highly motivated and results- driven individual who thrives in a fast- paced, target- oriented environment.
• Marketing Agency Background: Substantial experience working in or with marketing agencies is essential. Understanding the agency landscape, client needs, and marketing strategies is crucial to effectively selling our marketing add- ons.
• Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients. Customer- centric approach to sales and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their marketing goals.
Compensation:
• 13- month bonus
• 15 days annual leave
• Competitive compensation package including a base salary and commission structure. Commission is earned upon successfully closing deals. Compensation will be discussed further during the interview process. Upto 30mil + commission
