· Deliver daily toolbox safety meetings
· Monitoring and supervising the health and safety performance within their area of responsibility.
· Participating where required in the resolution of safety issues.
· Reporting all accidents/incidents and corrective action reports.
· Ensuring safety is an agenda item for all meetings.
· Initiating actions to improve health and safety within area of responsibility.

Operations

Manages and ensures that all subcontractors engaged on successful projects follow the same principles and deliver quality service
Complete handover document to accept towers into storage checking their condition
Assign storage location to incoming tower sections
Manage site inventory lists and prepare loading plans for trucks to go to site with the transport manager
Supervise offloading of trucks to storage position
Supervise loading of trucks to deliver to site
Develops and maintains positive relationships with staff
Complete daily report to cover all activities
Ensures compliance with agreed KPIs

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Some English speaking but clear writing skills
· People management skills
· Highly motivated self starter
· Project supervision experience
· Able to work with CEA customers and subcontractors
KPIs
· Operations are delivered 100% according to the plan
· Subcontractor performance
