Principal Accountabilities
Participate in annual budget development;
Ensure occupational safety and hygiene for people, vehicles and workshop under the management.
Maintains files of warranties, records, licenses, inspections, service agreements for various pieces of equipment;
Ensures assigned facilities and equipment are ready for regular operation and minimize cost;
Planning procurement, reserve and use of materials, spare parts, fuel for equipment; Monitor and manage inventory;
Plan, organize, and control maintenance on all assigned equipment in compliance with Company policy;
Provides technical supports and recommendations for finding and purchasing of new equipment;
Design & fabricate tools, equipment as per operation requirement;

Knowledge and skills:
Able to work independently and under high pressure.
Bi-lingual Vietnamese and English, verbal and written.
Have skills in organization, management, planning and implementation.
Have experience in mechanics - hydraulics or knowledge of engines and hydraulic machines.
University degree with major in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering.
Good working attitude, high sense of discipline, honesty and agility.
Working location: Ha Long, Quang Ninh
