Mô tả công việc

Teacher Experience & Operations Manager (TEM) holds core responsibilities in the daily and periodical operation of the Teacher Experience Department (TED). We are seeking a proactive and professional candidate to lead the team in implementing and advancing all processes, policies, and regulations directly relating to the Teacher&039;s journey at NativeX. This position will allow the potential candidate to broaden his/her horizons in both management and professional experience. Hence the impact positively contributes to the enhancement of one of the most high- standard learning platforms in Vietnam.
Recruitment and Selection (15%)

Coordinate the hiring process, including creating job descriptions, job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions;
Propose and manage recruitment’s budget effectively.
Research and implement recruitment channels to attract qualified teachers;

Training & Performance Management (10%)

Conduct regular performance evaluation and goal- setting sessions with teachers; promptly address any performance issues to maintain workflow efficiency;
Coordinate professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and promote continuous learning.
Monitor the onboarding process for new teachers, including orientation sessions and training programs;

Compliance and Employee Relations (15%)

Maintain accurate and up- to- date employee records, including contracts and performance evaluations;
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and industry standards;
Enforce policies and procedures to ensure fair treatment for all employees;
Monitor payroll, benefits administration, and other HR- related administrative tasks efficiently;
Monitor teacher inquiries, concerns, and grievances to create a positive and supportive work environment.

Operations Management (40%)

Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency;
Monitor and promptly adjust workflow to enhance operational effectiveness;
Oversee day- to- day operations including scheduling, class assignments, and issues resolution;
Identify opportunities for process improvement and system development for operations functions in teacher management;
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize features for system development.

Cost Management (15%)

Negotiate advantageous terms with vendors and manage contracts for cost- effectiveness;
Implement and monitor a detailed budget to track expenses and make informed cost- control decisions.

Other (5%)

Fulfill any additional tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.
Collaborate with governmental bodies such as DOLISA and DOET when necessary;
Provide internal training sessions for team members when necessary;

Yêu cầu công việc

Skills & Abilities

Ability to mobilize and encourage staff to overcome challenges within complex, multinational environment
Experienced in researching and problem solving skills;
Have good skills in verbal and non- verbal communication; in both Vietnamese and English;
Excellent decision making and leadership skills;
Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills;

General & Specialist Knowledge

Have knowledge on system management in a large organization;
Have knowledge on current laws regarding the labor relating to industry and job responsibilities;

Education & Training

English proficiency from IE 6.5 or equivalent;
At least Bachelor degree in HR Management, Business Administration or related field;

Relevant Experience

At least 4 years experience in related position and in managerial position;
Related operational experience in the educational field is a plus

Special Requirements

Should be a team player; highly disciplined; proactive and tech- savvy;
Computer literacy – MS Office; G- suite CRM, etc
Should be thorough and conscientious
