Centre performance:
- Monitor staff turnover rate
- Monitor to achieve performance
HR and Training and development
- Train staff to make sure they understand ILA culture and policy
- Coaching and train the team to deliver service and performance
- Recruit and select staff
Centre operations management
- Maintain the company standards
- Building management
- Follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document and reporting systems
- Maintain ILA standards
- Safety and risk management
- Work with local authorities.
- Property management
- Follow relevant regulations, code and law of the government
- Maintain all facilities and equipment in proper conditions
- Make sure staff follow the company policies, procedures, regulations, document & reporting systems and standards.
Academic involvement
- Work with Academic Manager for the below:
- Teachers performance and efficiency
- Student outcome
- TA performance
- Others where appropriate
- Scheduling
- Events
Inventory management
- Forecast and approve material order
- Responsible for in and out material and POS
Care event
- Organize seasonal event for current students
New centre set- up

- Manage more than 1 centre
- Work on shift and/or weekend
- At least 3 year experience at management level in a foreign invested company
- Excellent organisational skills
- Training, coaching and delegating skills
- Understanding of local and foreign educational systems
- Strategy planning skills
- Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Project, etc
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese
- Good presentation and persuasive skills
- Travel outside the city- centre
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong sales and customer service focus
- University graduate
- Good management skills
