ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the Center’s re- enrollment and new enrollment rates meet or exceed targets set by the Line Manager.
Provide weekly reports to line managers and communicate urgent information promptly.
Respond promptly and professionally to customers via telephone, email, or social media.
Conduct monthly reports and offer feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service process.
Keep accurate records and maintain customer databases.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Willingness to collaborate with customers and management to resolve issues.
Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese; proficiency in another language is advantageous.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
Strong communication and problem- solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Capacity to remain calm and courteous in challenging situations.
