POSITION SUMMARY :
To provide a broad range of support to Amphenol legal team in particular, Counsel – Asia and Europe, with primary focus on SEAsia (especially Vietnam), with the ability to work in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and reading/writing).
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES TO BE ACCOMPLISHED :
Consolidate ad hoc, monthly and quarterly reports for HQ;
Research, review and give opinion on contractual, corporate and legal matters;
Prepare corporate, legal and real estate tables;
General admin functions, filing, recording etc.
Docket and analyze incoming mail, physically or electronically;
Manage NDAs, contracts and IP matters;
Manage signature process of corporate documents and contracts;
Prepare letters, memos, reports, filings and other relevant documents;
Coordinate and assist with statutory filing obligations;

EDUCATION:
• University graduate with degree in law.
EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• 2- 3 years experience preferably working as a paralegal or in law firm/legal department.
SKILLS REQUIRED :
• Versatile with Microsoft applications;
• Keen interest in law and companies;
• Should possess good oral and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
PERSONALITY TRAITS :
• Good interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
• Eager, diligent and can work independently. The candidate will be working with supervisors based in other countries and will be required to travel to Singapore from time to time for training, but will be expected to work independently in Vietnam for the majority of the time;
• Detail oriented;
• Ability to work under pressure and adaptable to change;
• Can handle multi- tasking in terms of managing various projects at the same time.
