- Monitor and analyze the performance of online channels, including traffic, click thru rates, conversion rates, and revenue, to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Handle guest inquiries and reservations through online channels, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Collaborate with the Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Management departments to develop and execute promotional campaigns and pricing strategies for online channels
- Manage and maintain the hotel&039;s presence on various e- commerce platforms, OTAs, and other online channels, ensuring accurate and up- to- date information, including room rates, availability, promotions, etc.

- Outstanding English oral and written
- Understanding of online marketing channels, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising strategies is a plus.
- Proven experience in e- commerce, OTA management, or digital marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry. Great communication skills
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in using e- commerce and OTA platforms, as well as various digital marketing tool
- Excellent analytical, problem- solving, and decision- making skills.
