[Tuyển Gấp] Production Engineer Staff (PE Staff - Kỹ Sư Sản Xuất)

Specific work is given during the interview
Transfer of new product production from Japanese parent company.
Manufacturing cost control work, manufacturing cost reduction work (direct labor cost, loss of material scrap, cost of auxiliary materials).
Product quality control, quality improvement work.
Standardization of product manufacturing methods, and manufacturing innovation business.

Academic background: university graduation. Priority for candidates graduating from electrical engineering
Ability to create / read machine design drawings is desirable.
Experienced in manufacturing optical fiber related products is desirable.
It is desirable for people who are skilled in manufacturing technology management of products by manual labor. (At least 3~5 years experience)
Good 4 skills in English and Knowing Japanese is an advantage
Those with experience in development / improvement work on equipment, tools and production systems are desirable.
