Revenue Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics (Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR).
Monitor booking pace, market demand, competitor pricing, and historical trends.
Prepare revenue reports and performance reviews for management.
Pricing Strategy & Distribution:
Manage inventory distribution to maximize exposure and profitability.
Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market demand, seasonality, and special events.
Ensure rate parity and optimize room rates across all channels (OTA, website, GDS, direct bookings).
Forecasting & Planning:
Provide accurate revenue forecasts and budget planning.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align on occupancy and pricing goals.
Adjust strategies based on market conditions and forecasted business performance.
Systems & Tools Management:
Maintain data integrity and ensure proper configuration of pricing rules and restrictions.
Proficiently use PMS, RMS, Channel Manager, and other revenue management systems.
Identify system enhancements or process improvements.
Team Collaboration & Training:
Educate front desk and reservations teams on pricing strategies and promotions.
Work closely with the marketing team to design and track promotional campaigns that align with revenue goals.
Support cross- departmental initiatives that drive overall business success.
Yêu cầu công việc
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and relevant hospitality systems.
Ability to work independently, make data- driven decisions, and adapt to fast- changing environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (additional language is a plus).
Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in a 4- 5 star resort/hotel.
