Tuyển Lễ Tân Part-Time Front Desk Spa Receptionist

The front desk receptionist key responsibility is to ensure accurate and efficient scheduling and flow of appointments and to act as guest relations upon customer arrival.
Requirement
• Very good English speaking skill
• Flexible time
• Part- time 25- 30hrs / week
Scheduling
• Manage appointments ensuring efficient scheduling
• Ensure accurate tasks assignments to therapists
• Take appointments via messenger, chat apps, and walk- in guests
Customer Relation
• Assist therapist with translations and instructions
• Greet guests and provide information about services offered
Cashier
• Prepare invoice and collect payment
• Record revenue and expenses for the day
Inventory
• Reporting of inventory and items that need to be ordered
• Check inventory for products at front desk and kitchen
• Responsible for product disbursement and inventory (oil massage and facial products)
Other
• Assist with social media content for the Vietnamese market (2- 3 posts per week)
• Other tasks as requested
• Assist with updating documents and reporting
• Ensure Spa standard operations is adhered to
