Ninety Eight’s seeking a talented and experienced UI Designer to join our team. As a UI Designer, you&039;ll play a critical role in crafting visually compelling and intuitive user interfaces for blockchain- based websites, landing pages, and applications, creating exceptional user experiences, and developing innovative design solutions that drive engagement and adoption.
JOB DESCRIPTION
UI Design: Propose creative and high- quality UI solutions, develop iconography for websites, landing pages, and applications on web and mobile platforms, ensuring consistency, usability, and alignment with the brand.
Prototyping & Wireframing: Design and develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups that express the design ideas and concepts through visuals and motions, also convey the flow and functionality of products.
Visual Design Consistency: Maintain design consistency by ensuring the visual language aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and following established design systems.
User- Centered Design: Collaborate with UX team through joining in conducting research and usability testing to ensure the designs are intuitive and meet the needs of users, making sure to incorporate feedback and iterate as necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross- functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to ensure designs are feasible, on- brand, and meet business objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe,...)
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design, product design, and strategic design decisions
Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and creating high- fidelity visual designs
Good communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in a fast- paced environment to iterate and ship work that balances user and business needs
Knowledge of user- centered design principles, usability testing, and design iteration processes
Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both personally and professionally
2- 3 years of experience in Graphical User Interface Design for web and mobile platforms
Strong knowledge of layout principles, hierarchy, typography, color theory, iconography, motion and interaction design
Nice to have:
Experience or interest in using Framer
Experience in simple motion or micro interaction design
Experience in developing design systems
Understanding of blockchain fundamentals (e.g., decentralized applications, smart contracts, wallets, NFTs)
