UI Designer - All Levels

We are hiring part-time/ freelancer UI designer, accept all levels to:

Take smart risks and champion new ideas.
Discuss and communicate with the team, design ideas: storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, flowcharts, prototypes...
Design new visual user interface elements and optimize existing user interface designs
Researching, analyzing user behavior, user experience, and providing the best UI for the user experience.
Facilitate client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.
Also open training program for fresher

UI design experience.
Understanding of Agile Software Development practices.
A clear understanding of the importance of user-centered design.
Expertise in UI software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD and other similar ones is a must.
Having experiences with collaboration and file management tools like Abstract, Zeplin
Ability to work with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision.
Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
Research and showcase knowledge in the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients.
Be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them.
Experience using the applications: Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator... design description tools are an advantage.
Good ability to read and understand English documents.
Be passionate about all UI and other areas of design and innovation.
Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
