As a UI Designer with us, you&039;ll have the exciting opportunity to shape the look and feel of our cutting- edge applications. Your role will involve crafting intuitive interfaces, fostering seamless user interactions, and contributing to the evolution of our design system.
Key ResponsibilitiesWork closely with developers to implement designs accurately and troubleshoot any design- related issues during the development process.
Support the design team in various design- related tasks, such as assisting with visual assets, collaborating on web design projects, and contributing to overall design improvements.
Advocate for adopting the Design system, providing guidance to other designers and developers to ensure its successful implementation.
Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that align with best UX and UI design practices.
Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills to effectively articulate your designs and decisions to both technical and non- technical stakeholders.
Design interfaces that are accessible to users with disabilities, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards.
Provide valuable feedback and guidance for the design team on the usage of the design system and usage of components.
Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure project deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
Ensure that the UI is responsive and works seamlessly across different devices and screen sizes.
Create and maintain the Design system, encompassing reusable components, patterns, and guidelines that foster consistency and ease of development.
Ensure consistency in design elements across the product to create a cohesive visual identity.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams, including product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure the successful implementation of design concepts.
Present your work to the stakeholders in well- crafted deliverables such as high- fidelity designs, clickable prototypes, and/or design presentations.
Take ownership of your projects, being proactive in coordinating with team members in different time zones and effectively managing your tasks and deadlines.
