- Position: UI Designer for Mobile and Web apps
- Type: Full- Time
Key Responsibilities
● Develop wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
● Provide and solicit feedback from team members to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
● Design visually appealing and user- friendly UI for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
● Conduct user research and evaluate feedback to enhance product usability and appeal.
● Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies to continuously improve our products.
● Engage in all phases of the design process, from conceptualization to implementation, maintaining high- quality standards and aligning with brand values.
● Work collaboratively with cross- functional teams to ensure design consistency and integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
● Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for details and user- system interaction.
● Solid understanding of design principles, UI design, and UX best practices.
● Proven web and mobile design experience, evidenced by a strong portfolio of past projects.
● Creative problem- solving skills, with the ability to address challenges innovatively.
● Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or equivalent.
● Ability to work in an agile development environment and collaborate effectively with a team.

Optional Requirements
● A link to a Behance, Dribbble, or similar design portfolio is highly recommended, showcasing your ability to craft engaging designs for web and mobile platforms.
● Intermediate level English or better, to ensure effective communication in our diverse, international team.
