UI/UX/CX Designer (for ERP Application)

We are seeking an experienced UI/UX/CX Designer to join our team, focusing on enhancing user experience for our ERP application. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of best practices in ERP system design, ensuring our software is intuitive, efficient, and user- friendly.
Key Responsibilities
User Research & Analysis:

Understand and document user workflows and pain points.
Understand, analyze, and provide feedback on business flows (specifically BRD).
Conduct comprehensive user research and create detailed personas.

UI/UX Design:

Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups.
Implement features like drag- and- drop tools, powerful search, and data visualization.
Design intuitive interfaces with a focus on ease of use and efficiency.

Customer Experience (CX):

Develop and implement CX strategies to ensure a seamless user journey.
Customize user experiences based on role- specific needs.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment.
Ensure design feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

Usability Testing:

Iterate designs based on test results and evolving requirements.
Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback.

Qualifications
Experience:

Proven experience in CX design and strategy.
3- 5 years in UI/UX design, preferably with ERP or complex systems.

Skills:

Active in grasping domain knowledge to involve in designing the product and user flow.
Experience with branding.
Ability to understand BRD and create wireframes and prototypes.
Strong understanding of user- centered design principles.
Proficiency in design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, and Figma.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of the business and F&B sectors.
Experience with data visualization and responsive design.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
