UI-UX Designer

What to expect from the role:

Developing skills in organization, multitasking, and time management to efficiently complete tasks.
Working with wireframes, storyboards, and sitemaps to create user- friendly and straightforward ideas for products.
Exposure to the design industry and on- the- job learning of best practices in user interface and design.

Responsibilities:

Update and expand the company&039;s design system documentation and processes.
Maintain and enforce design standards for consistency.
Provide and seek feedback from designers and engineers to consistently elevate quality standards.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
Continuously research user experience, troubleshoot UX issues, and implement necessary improvements.

Your Skills and Experience

High adaptability and flexibility to the rapid changes of the business.
A strong grasp of UI- UX design principles/theories.
Good attention to details.
High commitment to preserve UI- UX integrity in finished products.
Proficient in at least one prototyping tool.
Strongly preferred: ability to animate prototypes.
Innovative designs.
Good to have: past experience in highly complex products.
Sufficient competency in graphics design.
