We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic and international team to work on a new and innovative software product in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
Create visually compelling and accessible user interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
Stay informed on the latest UI/UX trends in enterprise applications and hospitality software.
Develop wireframes and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Define information architecture and user flows to optimize usability and efficiency.
Collaborate with BA/PO to understand system requirements and user needs.
Collaborate with development team to ensure seamless design implementation.
Maintain design consistency across internal platforms and enhance the design system.
Requirements:
Experience designing for complex systems with a focus on usability and efficiency.
Ability to work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into user- friendly interfaces.
2+ years of UI/UX design experience, preferably in hospitality/ ecommerce,.. domain
Proficiency in designing wireframes/prototypes with tools like Adobe XD or Figma or similar design tools.
Skills in graphic design applications (Photoshop, Illustrator).
Good communication in English
Experience with design systems, HTML/CSS knowledge, or prior work in the hospitality domain is a big plus
