UI/UX Designer (Làm việc theo thời gian của Mỹ)

Evaluate and improve design processes /regulation/product to improve work efficiency and product quality.
Measure effectiveness and review quality, project progress, propose necessary change actions to improve work efficiency and product quality.
Discuss and coordinate with relevant departments to determine product development goals and provide design direction in accordance with set standards appropriate to the market/customers.
Develop and improve interfaces, features, and experiences to serve customer needs according to business orientation from time to time.
Collaborate with product teams to understand user requirements and deliver innovative design solutions.
Design user interfaces and experiences for mobile and web applications focusing on Payment and POS systems.
Ensure design consistency and usability across various platforms

Proficient in Wireframe design, User flow, Prototype, research and develop user interface.
Monday- Friday (Working according to US time from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM) or arrangement by superior
Master the knowledge and general principles of Design system, Material Design, Flat Design.
Friendly and open working environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Read and understand English documents
At least 2 years of experience working at UI/UX Design position.
Proficient in figma software, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe after effects, protopie, Photoshop.
Graduated from College or University majoring in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia Communications, Architecture and related majors
Knowing about Frontend or 3D design is an advantage.
