UI UX Designer

Exposure to the design industry and learning on the job regarding the best practices in user interface and designing.
Update and add to the company&039;s design system documentation and processes.
Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders.
Ensure design standards are maintained and consistent.
Discuss the project with stakeholders to fully explore and understand the problem statements and product/project requirements.
Conduct user research, troubleshoot any UX problems and ensure changes are made to correct any issue.
Well organise, multitask and manage time to complete tasks timely.
Stay up to date with all of the industry’s trends and best practices.
Create UI mockups and prototypes that clearly show how sites work and look. Identify and resolve UX issues.
Create storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps to illustrate design concepts.

Can articulate design choices and reasoning.
Expand experience with desktop publishing /imaging applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, ...) for use in creating graphics optimised for the web.
Ability to produce UI/UX enhancement plans including competitive analysis, persona development, user journeys, concept modelling, wireframing, and navigation strategy.
Design the UI architecture, interface, and interaction flow of mobile and tablet applications.
Portfolio/ examples of design deliverables. (Required)
Fluency in modern visual design and user experience best practices for web and mobile.
Having knowledge and design taste in various domains such as E- commerce, Retail, Entertainment, High- end shopping.
Proven track record with both interaction and visual design.
At least 4 years of experience in UI/UX Design for Web applications and Mobile Apps.
Appreciation of white spacing, typography, line height, carousels, and icons.
Having Design Thinking knowledge/experience is a big plus.
