UI/UX Lead

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:
This is a chance to design the end- to- end user experience of a nationwide platform that will be used by millions of tourists and thousands of businesses.
The Visit Vietnam is a national- level project designed to transform Vietnam’s tourism industry. At its core is the National Tourism Platform (NTP) – a data- driven, blockchain- powered system that ensures trusted reviews, empowers businesses, and enhances traveler experiences.
WHAT WILL YOU DO:
• Design “proof- of- visit” QR code experiences that are simple and seamless for customers
• Build and maintain a comprehensive design system & style guide for visual consistency
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Product Managers, and Engineers to ensure user- centered solutions
• Champion a user- first mindset across the entire project team
• Create intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high- fidelity mockups for web platforms (public directory, B2B portal, dashboards)
• Lead the UX/UI design process from concept to final hand- off to engineering
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to validate designs

• Solid understanding of user- centered design, information architecture, interaction design
• Experience building and managing design systems
• Experience in user research and usability testing
• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of complex web applications
• Strong visual design skills with attention to detail, typography, and color
• Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• At least 2 years in a lead design role
Nice to Have:
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and frontend development principles
• Experience designing data- heavy platforms or dashboards
• Background in both B2C and B2B applications
