Underwriting & Reinsurance operational activities
• Refer and get approval from higher authority levels; seek the special acceptance from Treaty Leader.
• Provide technical support to Marketing and Process Management Departments.
Underwriting Governance tasks
• Follow up the compliance of frameworks such as policies, procedures, manual guides related to control
and monitor risks during the operational activities of Underwriting & Reinsurance.
• Participate to review and audit Underwriting activities.
• Manage & update Policy wordings, Additional clauses for products.
Product development & management
• Participate to develop new products, tariffs, policy wordings, terms & conditions for new markets, clients,
business projects, etc.
• Get MoF’s approval for new and revised products. Prepare necessary procedures after product approval.

*QUALIFICATIONS
• Good at English. Proficient in MS Office.
• Analytical, synthetic and logical thinking; Detail oriented; Time & task management; Communication skills.
• Experience in Underwriting/ Reinsurance/ Non- life insurance
• Knowledgeable about Non- life Insurance.
*EXPECTED START WORKING DATE: APRIL 2024, or A.S.A.P

*WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working location: Hanoi Head Office, 23 Phan Chu Trinh, Hoan Kiem, Ha Noi
- Working time:
+ Work from home 1 day/ week
+ Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 17:00 or 8:30 – 17:30
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignment
