Can make technical proposals and propose ways to implement requirements
Complete the development tasks assigned by the PM within the deadline
Cooperate with PM to discuss and proactively propose requirements with customers
Able to support and collaborate with team members and colleagues.

Experience using cloud services such as AWS
Technical skills: More than 3 years of experience in Unity development
Be stress tolerant and able to communicate actively with customers.
Being able to do exploratory research and research even for unknown requirements
Experience in XR related development
Being able to communicate in Japanese
